Steve’s work has been a seven-time finalist for the prestigious Wildlife Artist of the Year competition.
Steve is a wildlife artist based in Totnes, whose evocative oil paintings spotlight endangered species with striking realism and emotional depth. Steve's work is celebrated for its ability to capture the spirit and vulnerability of animals facing extinction. Beyond his artistic achievements, Steve is deeply committed to conservation efforts; he donates a portion of his art sales to various global wildlife organisations and extends his support to education, having led workshops in Mauritius and served as chair of the Totnes and Dartington Open Studios collective, which fosters community engagement through art.

The auction will run until the festival ends on July 13, 2025, with a reserve price of £1500 set in agreement with the artist. Steve's work sells in excess of £3000.
